1. Service Agreement: By using my services, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this document. I would love to have you as a new customer, however, If you do not fully understand these terms, please ask me any questions you may have. If you disagree with these terms, please do not proceed with using my services.
2. Payment and Pricing: I charge a flat rate for our services, which is agreed upon before any work is done. In the event that additional work is required, I will inform you of the additional charges before proceeding with the work. I accept payment by cash, credit card, or PayPal. Payment is due upon completion of the work. However, any parts purchased to complete a repair are due upfront.
3. Warranty: I offer a 30-day warranty on all repairs. If the same issue occurs within the warranty period, I will fix it at no additional charge. Please view my 30-Day guarantee page for more details.
4. Liability The OKC PC GUY is not liable for any loss of data or damage to hardware or software during the repair process. It is the customer's responsibility to back up all data before bringing your computer to me for repair.
5. Repair Time: We aim to repair your computer as quickly as possible, but we cannot guarantee a specific repair time. If a delay occurs, we will inform you of the delay and provide an updated repair time estimate.
6. Privacy and Confidentiality: I take your privacy and confidentiality seriously. I will never access or disclose any personal information or data without your permission. I will also take all reasonable measures to protect your data and ensure it is not lost or stolen.
7. Service Quality: Customer experience is a top concern in order provide the highest level of customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with my services, please inform me as soon as possible, and I will promptly resolve the issue.
8. Termination of Services: I reserve the right to terminate our services if I believe that continuing the work could cause harm to your computer or data, or if I believe that you have violated these terms and conditions.
9. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws in the state of Oklahoma
10. Modification: I reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on my website and will apply to all future repairs. Please ensure to review these terms and conditions periodically.
